Power Screen Use

• Always operate Power Screen(s) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines


• Only operate unit(s) with remote control unit or wall switch -
  do not attempt to force operation of tension bar or motor manually


• Do not obstruct tension bar or tracking system


• Do not push through fabric


• To protect screen or solar fabric material, always keep material rolled up
  into housing when not in use

Power Screen Maintenance

ClearView Power Screen housing, side tracks and pull bar are contracted of a powder-coated aluminum extrusion and require minimal care.

• Main housing, side tracks and pull bar can be wiped down with clean cloth
  and mild, non-abrasive detergent.

Power Screen fabrics are made from either fiberglass or polyester-coated yarns. These jacketed yarns are heat bonded at each crossover for added strength. The woven fabric is coated with an ultraviolet inhibitor and mildew resistance formula. The fabric requires a minimum of maintenance.

Clean fabrics by using any of the following methods:

• Vacuum brush or wand


• Brush in place


• Use soapy water or mild detergent and soft brush followed by thorough rinsing.


• Note: AVOID SPRAYING WATER OR DETERGENT INTO MAIN
  HOUSING UNIT as they may cause damage to motor
